Job Responsibilities:	• Monitor dealers and distributors activities • Plan and develop strategies for creating new distributors and retailer’s base • Attend Sales conference & Prepare market observation report • Achieve organizational goals by achieving the month-to-month given targets through sincere effort. • Forecast ordering • Prepare daily market observation report • Prepare Sales & Collection Report and submit to the management regularly. Any other tasks as & when assigned by management
